Joel Isfeld

Joel Isfeld spent 20 years running car dealerships across GM, Ford, Honda, and Hyundai before founding Ringlead Automotive. As General Manager of Olympic Hyundai in Vancouver he launched a brand-new store to the #1 NPS ranking in Canada in its first operating quarter. As General Sales Manager at Key West Ford he drove $60M+ in annual sales, set a 35-year dealership profit record, and led the country in Ford Mustang and EV sales during a run that earned the store the 2023 Ford Motor Company of Canada President's Award and the 2021 DealerRater Ford Dealer of the Year. At Island Honda he took the store to #2 in Canada for customer loyalty.

Earlier in his career, Joel built the dealerships' first BDC and internet departments from scratch — the lead-response processes, phone and email scripts, pipeline automation, and closing-ratio coaching that grew one store's online sales from 15 to 115 a month. That is the exact problem Ringlead now solves: internet leads that sit for 90 minutes, outbound calls from personal cell phones that no manager ever hears, and coaching done off vague CRM notes instead of what was actually said on the call.
